A few weeks ago, former pupil Sarah and her business partner Lauren Currie launched Snook. Snook is an umbrella company for their various design and entrepreneurial activities. From Snook's web site - Snook is new and shiny. We live in Scotland. In making social change happen through people and practical action, our work makes a difference. We believe that each and every one of us has something valuable to say, share and give. Snook empowers and expands your capabilities to make the unimaginable possible. We think BIG and we hope you are just as curious as us about what Snook may become... Snook's site is at http://wearesnook.com Currently, Snook's big project is 'MyPolice', a proposed service to help police receive feedback from members of the public. Find out more at - http://mypolice.org - The project main site.

Melissa left us in June 2008, and is currently in the second year of the Graphic Design course at Napier University. She recently established a blog to display and discuss her work. Melissa has some stunning 'macro' photographs posted on her site, and one of her posts features an exercise in the creative use of text. Two of her solutions are shown below. http://melmeikle.blogspot.com - Melissa's blog.

Kenny left us in June 2006, and is currently in the third year of the Graphic Design course at Napier University. He recently established a blog to display and discuss his work. One of Kenny's posts features an advert for the sweet 'Sports Mixtures', a product that is once again popular. This writer is a fan of the sweet, though did prefer the original liquorice recipe for the black ones. http://kenny-milne.blogspot.com - Kenny's blog.
